2bullymama... that picture was when we first got him and took him to vet.. it was taken in the vet office and it made me think that rocky(the rescue) was thanking my husband for getting him the help he needed. We didn't even have a harness for him yet.. he had to wear one of the girls.. he has his own now.. lol.. and he is all better and very happy little guy.. little is just a figure of speech of course.. lol..
