Spot on my bulldogs face

Hi I recently found a spot on my bulldogs face. It looks like a dry scab spot with black stuff in the middle kind of. Don't really see him itching it really. Should I be alArmed? Here's a photo of it.

The area around it look moist and red... Is it?

It is red around as well but not really moist. More dried out. His hair falls out pretty easily when I mess with it. Could be a scab but I don't recall him getting hit right there. I can run my finger over it and it feels like a little bump

Any other pets in the house, I'm thinking it looks like a scratch or bite that might just need to be cleaned up with some peroxide

Hmm to me it almost looks like a pimple… make sure it's not a tic bite. I would put some witch hazel on it, or peroxide like Christine said and watch it. It should clear up in no time...

My dog had been having these scabs lately for the past 2 weeks. I'm thinking when he is outside it might be flies or ants. So I kept him inside the house and it stopped. He only goes out when he needs to go and in -the evening where the flies aren't present.
