Sore paw

Weve just found this on Marleys paw. It doesnt seem sore when i touch it,has anyone got any ideas what it is? Thanks.

@Ftse 100...Julie has it right, I think. Coconut oil is a antimicrobial, antibacterial
& antifungal...very quick healing for internal AND external issues. Google it
and see, Walmart sells a good, inexpensive one, Natures Way in supplement
