Ok Thankyou I’m switching him off all beef and lamb for now .I do make my own raw with 4 dogs but was using beef so I’ll have to come up with something else

Ok Thankyou I’m switching him off all beef and lamb for now .I do make my own raw with 4 dogs but was using beef so I’ll have to come up with something else

What we always suggest is done one protein at a time. Like that it’s easier to eliminate. Once you’ve done all the proteins it will be smooth sailing... :)

Once his fur is all back on track, I personally would try another protein. You know he’s doing great with turkey, it’s a keeper. Maybe later you can try duck. Just a thought as the more you try different proteins the more his his immune system will build up and he’ll get less allergies. Body won’t be always on the defense mode. Why when it’s a puppy, it’s the perfect time to rotate different proteins as they still have a strong immune system from mom’s milk n all. And when they’re older we basically need to do the same n cross our fingers it works. A bit like you’re doing. So long you have a few protein “keepers”. He’ll be find. :)
