Seasonal allergy blisters ?

My guy has seasonal allergies which had been pretty bad, but it has drastically improved in the last couple of months. He used to scratch his face constantly against anything which created some hair loss but now it seems to be growing back and does not scratch as much but he has this what I call a blister on top of his head. Look as if he has blood in it. My question is has anyone ever dealt with this before or know how to treat it. I must admit I have had more success with the allergie control with the advice from this site than I have EVER had from a Vet. Any advice or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Any cuts, digital cysts, hotspot, scabs….

The best thing is type NuStock in the Search bar n you’ll see how it’s a great product to have in a household. Btw, grows back hair

Make sure you mix it properly. Btw, yes it smells but hey it works
