Is Sancho the official taste tester for his beer?

He is! He licked up all the beer that dripped when we were bottling. Luckily, it wasn't much or he'd've been snoring and farting even more than usual!

I totally love that you used it on your beer label ... I'm assuming that you brew this at home. it's something I've considered doing, because I used to make my own wine back in England. it's just finding the time to do it these days!!!
