They are a cute pair together.

Aww they are both adorable. I hope it works out for you and they bond with each other. Wishing you luck. You're going about it the right way, to make sure they will accept each other. I have two, but mine are siblings, and are litter mates, so they have been together from birth. I don't have any experience with adding a second dog to the mix, but many people do it with no issues.
