Raw feeding

As most of you probably know I currently don’t have a dog. When I do get another raw food is the way I want to go.
Something I’m curious about is what’s the difference between dog raw food and food from the butcher’s.
I’ve done a lot of searching and see arguments for and against both.
What do those of you who raw feed think/know?

You can totally do it yourself from a butcher or grocery store. So long the ratio of ingredients are balanced. See attached as one example.
