Quick Pet Flow Question

My friend recently relocated to a remote area in New York and is ordering dog food through Pet Flow. He ordered dry and wet food and only received the dry so far and it did not have a packing slip.

My question is do they normally send the wet food separate?

I don't know..but I've emailed them with questions and they are very prompt with answers! They have great customer service...I bet it would be shipped separate..a guess only!

Never ordered wet so no help here either but must have been separate I would think.
