question about the listerine (yellow) with water mix for red paws?

I've heard many times about the 1 to 10 ratio for listerine and water for red paws from allergies. tried it a few minutes ago. does it make their paws more red as soon as you soak them in it? bubbas are

no cysts..just red. They are better this morning!

Does this work for the dark red hair on the bottom of his feet? HRH has that, but her skin isn't red at all,,, just the hair.

Do her paws smell like Corn Chips? if so it might be Yeast - we use a 2 part water, 1 part peroxide 1 part Apple Cider Vinegar - and 'pickled' Gizmo's paws - we had to do it several days in a row, but it took care of the yeastie beasties (No more corn chip smell) we also washed her bedding to make sure the yeast colony was gone
