They really have to tighten up the rules in that province. I've heard a lot of breeders here won't sell any dogs there because of puppy mill problems.

This is absolutly upsetting. How and why would someone have 500 dogs. Just doesnt make sense. Do they think they are placing all of these? DUMB, they ended up with 500 left.

How sad that many of the dogs will not survive..
