Prayers for Bogey

Bogey started acting unusual yesterday. Vomited once, had soft serve stool twice ( this is the first time for this since we got him on the prescription diet) very quiet, slept most of the day with an occasional spurt of energy. Woke this morning to a pile of soft serve poop on the floor (he NEVER has accidents in the house unless he has been sick), and crawled back to bed after he ate. Then he started with severe head tremors. Tongue hanging out, unable to focus on me, very weak. We rushed him to the vet where he has been admitted for observation. I see that head tremors can be benign but common in bulldogs,but that coupled with his being "off" the last 2 days has me concerned that it is something more.
