Ollie last week and then now this morning I’m pretty sure he got into a nest of fire ants [emoji220] or else stung by wasps. It’s hard to see in photos, but he had 15 stings and very swollen left eye. I treated with Benadryl, Malacetic Ultra and coconut oil X 3 daily.

OH NO... I stepped in a fire ant pit when my parents first moved to Georgia, it was awful!!! He looks great now though...

Oh boy, something hot him good. Consider a Vet visit for a shot of Dex if he doesn’t get better quickly. Fire Ant wounds can become infected and take a very long tim to heal. Get well soon Ollie!!!

Oh no.....
Poor pup!
Those darn fire ants are so quick too! I have stepped on a pile just walking and I had 5-6 on my shoe immediately!

I was thinking that the 1st pic was the most recent... not so sure now...but I hope YOU are the one that’s correct.
