Pigmentation kerotitis

Anyone have any experience with this? Vet says he thinks itā€™s pigmentation kerotitis and Iā€™m going to see a specialist to know for sure. His right eye has a bit of a cloudy look to it and has dry eye in that eye

Sorry for the late replyā€¦hes on a cyclosporine drop 2x a day and a neobacetracin dex 2x a dayā€¦havenā€™t had to clean his eyes once since..total 180 in his eyes and the corneal scarring reversed.if anyone has a similar problem id look into those 2 medications

The cyclosporine is the go-to med for chronic dry eye. I use it for myself...dry eye since Cataract and PRK surgery. The neo-dex is for inflammation. I can see dosing the cyclo for life but not the neo-dex.
