Here it is @JeannieCO - it was custom made for me after Bentley's cremation (hence the plates were charred) and not terribly expensive. I really love it.

So touching, is that a garnet? I'm a Jan 15th baby, therefore garnet is my birthstone.

Hubby bought me jewelry (shoes, vettes, homes...anything I wanted) and bought a lovely
garnet ring for me. It's one of the few pieces I've been able to wear since his death, not
because I don't love & cherish them but because all my 'stuff' seems so meaningless with
out him to parade in front of...and be admired.

Yes, it is a garnet. I used to hate them when I was young but now I really love the stone!
