Hi everyone,

Just a thought but my bully insurance is going up to £68 pounds a Month for my 16 month old it's getting expensive.

Yeah! I pay £74 a month, for Jeffo who is 8yrs young. Couple of ways to look at insurance, you either go for it, or hope you don't need it, and if you do pay with savings or hit the credit card. 50/50. Vets fees are not coming down, that's for sure. I personally go the insurance way, but no right or wrong way, sometimes it works out, other times it doesn't, its a chancer

I know our last bullie lasted 14 years never had insurance she was ill a few times twice but nothing major a couple of hundred. We were lucky I guess.

With brucie our new one we had to pay for cheery eye within the first few months, our initial insurance had run out by 2 weeks but that was for free with the puppy pack. So we have insurance now it started at £61 now its £69. You never know what's around the corner I guess do we'll keep paying.

I went on line and did a compare and it came up with the same insurance company as the cheapest animal friends and if I had it with £5000 it was £15 a month and if I wanted £10,000 it is what I'm paying at £69. It's a big difference I know it's £5000 less cover but what's the chances of paying more than £5000.

Like I said Tav, Vets prices are not going to come down, and if your pup needed specialist treatment, it would soon mount up. Brucie is a good looking Pup, Tav.
