I'm feeling so excited and relieved right now

Well now we wait and see if they accept our offer. I took my mom with me yesterday to see the house again, and get her opinion, as she's an Interior Decorator, she loved it. We decided to go for it, and our realtor made an offer. We're waiting to hear back. Hopefully we'll be homeowners soon.

Yeah, we just got the phone call, they have accepted our offer on the house, but want a closing for the end of November. Eeeeeeeeee, that gives us only 27 days to move, exciting but stressful. I'm just so happy that we found something in our time frame, it has a finished basement apt, that will be totally functional for my son, and we don't have to worry about finding a rental home that won't accept the babies. So relieved.
we just have to have an inspection, and final say from the Bank, and we will be home owners by the end of the week. Here is pictures of the new house Re: I'm feeling so excited and relieved right now.
