How big is her town? Maybe you could ask some of the business people of they know of anyone with a Bullie in town, and show them the messages she sent so they won't think you're a kook?!

She lives in a town of about 24000 people. I might be able to find them but dont know if the vets will give out that info.

Her profile says that she is a "Registered Nurse in the fabulous Southeast Health Regional Cancer Center". Maybe she can be found that way? I don't know how you'd go about it tho. HR isn't likely to have employee pet information.
