HEY Ma...whatcha cooking?

To become a real top notch chef, the first thing that professor give you to cook for the exam is Risotto. Risotto is hard to achieve. Yesterday I did a mushroom n parmesan risotto. Was a tad too salty for my taste. I'm not a salt eater. I like to taste my food as we say. I was trying this new organic chicken paste broth and why it came out salty especially with the cheese. Wont happen twice.

wellll, I could smell it from California lol I guess, what else could explain. Now I can dream about a 'particular' meal... mushroom n parmesan risotto :) Holy smokes!! I should not read about food b4 bed!!

I'll have some Merlot with that salty risotto. If you were using Parmesan Reggiano...it's salty as well.

Einstein here.... was this new organic paste broth as the recipe was the same. Will go back to my liquid broth. But the Merlot washed all down nicely! :2thumbs:
