We received our harnesses two days after we ordered them. I would definitely call them, did they give you a tracker number for your order?

yes, it took about 4 days for it to come, it was extremely fast shipping. I'm sorry they're not responding to your emails. Hope you get it resolved soon

Yeah they emailed me my receipt, along with the order number. When I try look up the order number, it gives me an error.
