Thank goodness you all are safe !
My daughter almost had the same thing in her attic from her ac unit. Thank goodness the fire never got going!
This was only a couple of weeks ago!

Have you contacted your agent yet? I’m sure you have covered your bases, but even though they are separate sometimes your agent can get involved and give the adjuster a whats what!
I know this is a constant battle and so stressful.

OMG... I'm SO sorry!!!

We had a major water leak in our home, discovered in August... literally had to tear a wall down, and the entire flooring in our house has to be replaced. USAA contacted ServePro to do the work... I'm STILL waiting on paint, and the flooring. The window that they replaced has been installed twice, and it's broken.

USAA desk adjuster called last night. Since this is a large claim we have been handed off to another department. We got a call this morning and will have an adjuster this week to inspect.

Moral of the story: Don't believe the USAA commercials on TV. They're balderdash.

Kids are doing ok. We just got back from the airport...Bentley wanted to go flying. They wouldn't let him on board because he didn't have Captain stripes on his harness.

That's baloney. Here you go. These will help, the first are Army Captain bars and the second are commercial wings for his harness. We'll get him flying in no time.
