well we took a 2 year hiatus but Sir Bentley is still loving life maybe a little too much. As you all know nothing is ever simple with a EB but most important part is he is doing great; he is now on a prescription food diet after multiple allergy tests and his skin, coat has never looked better. He is very motivated by food so he is also on a bit of a exercise regiment at a whopping 82 lbs. I just can't stop laughing when he is about to go out, realizes its raining, stops dead in his tracks and casually walks back into this house like nothing ever happened. Anyways, just checking back in to say hi again.

I was thinking of 2020, it has a better ring to it.
I popped in here from time to time but never really posted. Anyways, Bentley will be turning 4 this June and its certainly has been a eventful 4 years financially. People who have never owned a bully will never understand why people spend so much money that we as owners do so I never even try to explain. I wrote that he did have a urethral prolapse done very early, while that was being done the vet convinced us one of his nostrils needed to be widened which would help in breathing. Well according to my wife who operates on humans, she thinks the vet ended up damaging the duct which resulted in very weepy eyes. Anyways, after eye specialist visits, regular vet visits, skin vet visits, you name a vet specialty we have done itSir Bentley is now finally where he needs to be, healthy and happy. Its a lot of work to manage on a daily basis but he is my wife's patient at home; when she gets home and sits down in kitchen, Sir B will go sit down in front of her ready for his daily patient management, its quite entertaining. He is one of the most spoiled EBD i have seen, my wife even got him a tempurpedic bed to sleep and does he ever sleep on it, on numerous occasions I have woken up thinking someone is in the house only to find out that its my dog snoring.
One thing we have noticed, he is very protective of his owners and our house; our first bully was just happy go lucky where Bentley will let you know when you get too close to the house. Anyone else have a Bully as a guard dog![]()
