Does Wilson have gum or teeth issues? Usually can be caused by tooth decay or something is stuck in the teeth.

Could be upset belly too? Or, perhaps, someone has food cooking and he can smell it? have you notice any common time it may happen? is this new or happens a lot?

In our experience it is hunger.lol Our will sit and drool like a river when they smell something good or they know it's treat time.
