Thank you all for the support. Finished the antibiotics and he seems back to himself again. The vet was never able to tell us what bit him or why did the abscess happened. Sorry for the super late post but just got my PC back and I just wanted to thank you all for the support and advice, and of course to let you all know he is feeling much better.
