I'll never forget the first time Wilson wagged his tail, it was the cutest thing I'd seen. He wags it all the time when for people.

Yes, Nitschke's we use to call (this is bad) 'butt hole wiper'.... it looked like a little windshield wiper for his butt-hole --- Banks little tail looks like it is just shaking in place.
