A little late, but Winnie had her first birthday April 11, 2026

Birthday girl living her best life.

Cupcake handled. Birthday hat tolerated. Solid walk through the woods to celebrate, and then straight to a well-earned nap on her cooling pad.

We also planted a dogwood tree to honor Pickle (passed May 4 2025) and celebrate Winnie’s first birthday. It felt like the right way to mark both love and a new chapter.
