15 Week Weight??

Hi there!

My female puppy, Pumba, is 15 weeks and weighs 6.5 kgs (13 pounds). Is this normal??? We are feeding her 1/2 cup of food three times a day (as told by the breeder).

What food are you giving her?
One and a half cups per day is on the lite side, should be at least two cups.
She is a good looking girl though!!

Yeah thats not enough...and she could use a few pounds...You should up it to 2-3 cups a day.

She's beautiful! But agree it seems that she should have a little mpre. I feed my 20 week old 3 cups a day.

She is a little cutie. I would feed her 3/4 cup three times a day and check her poop, if it is still normal for a few days, then you can increase it a little. If her poop gets soft or runny, decrease it some. We have a 16 week old Frenchie and he weighs about 15 lbs. and we feed him 1/2 cup three times a day. 13 lbs. for a 15 week old English is pretty light, so she is going to be a small girl.

Ftse was 11.6kg at 16 weeks and he was little I was feeding him 3 times a day which was 2.5 cups a day in total
