Hi, My English Bulldog has a growth on his face. It seems to getting bigger. I wanted to see if anyone knows what it might be and any OTC medicines I can try? I wanted to get your opinion before taking him to the vet. I want to avoid putting him under because he is 10 years old. Thanks, Nick
