Tracey, happy b-day to your hubby!! he shares his bday with Tate, LOL! Thanks for my hair compliment. I'm glad you like it. I didn't have to think too long to get it chopped off b/c it was bothering me like nobody's business. Seriously, hair strands were getting into everything like my food. Gross. I used to have even shorter hair in the 90's while in Pharmacy school. Even had parts of it shaved. I don't think i would do that nowadays tho, haha. You guys are getting really hit with old man winter. We seriously need some rain here!! doing our rain dances today!

Hey Tracey! Thanks for asking She is doing better. I have been busy trying to cut through all of the beurocractic red tape to get her physical therapy in her home, additional provider hours in her home and additional nurse check-ups in home. The doctor also prescribed a lift chair and am trying to get that ball rolling as well. Out right, those things are expensive, so trying to go through the correct channels to get her one through government assistance. It has been crazy! I can't imagine an elderly person having to do this by themselves, because they make it so incredibly complicated. How are you doing?

today i'm mtg with my younger brother and we're going to a well known butcher shop in LA that we've been interested in visiting. He's a chef so these kinds of things interest him, lol! and i heard they have interesting dog treats for sale there too. Definitely get that massage at least scheduled so then you have it in your calendar. I'm going to take the boys on a walk now at Cal Tech. It's such a pretty campus and perfect for dog walking. You have a good Sunday shopping with Lily!

hey there! Finn is doing pretty well. Right now he's playing w/his varsity ball…first time since his surgery that i've allowed him to play with it. I've absolutely LOVED my vacation! I still have Monday off then go back on Tues. I almost always take the Mon after vacay off b/c i hate Mondays, heehee. I got my hair cut super short and it feels really good to not have all that hair in my face and all over the place. I also got a massage a few days ago which was just glorious. Did some shopping too. I haven't seen a movie yet but may watch Captain Phillips on cable for a fee b/c i hate leaving the boys for 2hrs+ sitting in a movie theater. I get bad separation anxiety! I hope you are going to have a FABULOUS weekend! you need to do something just for YOU. You better, Tracey. Cuz I'm a watching you!!

My Grandmother will be staying here for a few days. We really aren't set up for this, so if she can't move back home, I don't know what we will end up doing. Our Master is down stairs and we have two bedrooms upstairs. Hubby and I are sleeping out in the guest house, with walkie talkies to communicate (Grandma can't get the hang of our intercom system). She is supposed to be using a walker or cane and she didn't use it, so that is why she fell.

Thanks, I will try and get by GNC soon and pick some up I lost a lot when I quit drinking cokes and as long as I don't eat a lot of sweets, I will continue to lose. Slight problem, I have developed a sweet tooth I have been eating tons of sweets and I am not losing any more. I really need to cut them out totally!
I am super p!$$ed right now!!!! Kealey had a roommate that had never been allowed away from her parents at all. The suite mates had people over at all hours, so her parents made her switch rooms. Now, Kealey must find a replacement roommate (herself, without assistance from the school) or we have to pay another $600 for the remainder of the semester So beyond irritated....grr!!!!
