this a.m. i canx'd my Trupanion ins. w/Tate and will go with the gopetplan one for him. I'm going w/the bronze plan at $200 deductible. I will do it in a couple wks since i'm canx the Trupanion one in effect 3/27/12 and the gopetplan lady said it takes about 2 weeks for the insurance to be applicable for claims. Thank you for looking into that for me!

today i think i'm dropping boys at daycamp so they can socialize and have fun w/other doggies, and i need to do some grocery shopping. There's an open house i want to see too.

Hi Jeannie, i just returned from a nice outing with my brother Leon. We went out for some Chinese dumplings at this well known place. We only waited about 40 minutes to get in! It was really tasty though and worth the wait.
My condo inspection seems to have been fine. There was nothing major reported by the buyer's inspector. Seems the guy who's buying is a 20's something engineer for JPL (that's Jet Propulsion Lab) here in Pas. Actually, his parents are buying it for him! nice folks eh?
I am looking forward to you staying with me when you come out. So that's August...I think by then i will be moved into my new place. If escrow closes as planned, i will move w/my brother at end of March...he's making room for the boyz too...they get the entire downstairs for themselves! isn't that nice? I still have to figure out the set up.

i cannot click on the link you gave me for the pics of your camper...so i will cut and paste and hopefully can see them.

aww Thanks sweety, that put a smile on my face this morning I'm gonna be here more from Tuesday and hopefully will get my Mojo back soon after! tomorrow's the inspection and i've been cleaning underneath sinks so it doesn't look too embarrassing down there. Also cleaned the washing machine/dryer since i'll leave that, and made sure the fridge looked decent. They're coming at 9am tomorrow so we'll be out of here by 8:30 probably.

tonight on my out of my pkg lot at work i hit one of those Ontrac vans, parked on the curb. Arghhh!!! There was no driver in there but the lights were flashing, it was one of thse loading zones only spots. I dashed out real quick to look at the damage--i really didn't notice anything on mine nor on the van's. I left b/c the street is v.busy and i was in a loading zone too; i called Ontrac when i got home and gave them the address where the van was parked so hopefully they can track down the truck and then contact me if they need to. Just what I need right?!

Jeannie, i'm sorry i've been a bit MIA lately. It's been really busy here but i'm happy to share that today is day #1 of escrow! I got several offers over the wknd...a couple cash offers and full price...so, i've been spending lots of time w/my realtor, signing this and that...and also looking at some properties. There will be an inspection of my condo this Sat. Right now i'm getting my place cleaned, I took boys to boarding overnight, and want to try to just relax a little bit this evening. It's an exciting and busy time. I still need to get thru the 30 day escrow...praying and hoping everything will go smoothly. I just wanted to update you.
I have been lurking here and there on EBN so at least i'm not totally behind on the happenings here. And yes, we HAVE to talk SOON. Take care sweetie, talk to you later!!

thanku for the insurance info you gave me. I appreciate you doing that for me! now i have an idea of a reasonable ballpark rate for Tate. I know i'm not keeping that $90/month tho...that's way too much. I'm going to look at your insurance's site this wknd and figure out what to do.

Anyways, i'm so tired again! more showings tomorrow of the condo but i got some good news...i got an offer today!! it's not a great offer but i'm just happy there's some interest! and tomorrow there will be someone who is looking at it for the 2nd time. Tomorrow i'm going to look at some homes w/my realtor. I have to put the boys in daycamp at Pet smart for the day.

I have a massage in two hours ...yay! it's been a nice day; we went for a nice walk early this a.m. The boys got good exercise and we all needed it too b/c they haven't been walking much since they've been sick. Then I went to Target to buy more rugs and bedding. My condo gets listed this Monday and there's going to be a broker's open house on Thursday. I'm taking Mon, Wed, Thurs off. Oh, and on Wed I'm going to meet w/a potential dog sitter for the boys too.

bbq tonight sounds delicious! i made some pork ribs in my crockpot the other day but i overcooked it so it got a little dry. Oh well, it's still good.
