When do they reach full height ?

My bulldog is 4 1/2 months and weighs 25# , the vet seems to think she is short for her age ... when do the they tend to reach full height ??

Geez what a cutie pie. Nyala supposed to be a mini bully and just turned 1. She weighs 42lbs and stands almost 17" .. there goes the mini version! !!! So dont freak out yours is still young. Just a baby...

At that young age it's very difficult to say anything. I also have to say, that I would not care for the vets opinion, if he/she is not a bulldog owner/breeder. Bullies and dogs in general grow in different paces and even in the same litter there can be variation in size. Usually by the first year bulldogs have grown their height, like [MENTION=2894]2BullyMama[/MENTION] said. I do hope that they reach their max height sometimes earlier, or I have a monster in my hands, since my pup of 6 months is as tall as my 4 year old.

But what do they mean by short? She is well built, not fat, not skinny, and 25 pounds is quite a weight for her age, my dog was hardly 7 kg at that age. So, this is very strange statement from vet, as she is absolutely in proportion. For her weight her height is perfect, as we can see from pics. Beautiful strong lady bully. And height you cannot influence, only weight, with food and exercise.

There are bullies of all shapes and sizes just like bulldog personalities. Your looks just about right to me...in other words somewhere between Missy and Mack who are playing in the video. Strikes, the observer, is lean and of medium build. Missy is short and long. Mack is taller than most.
