Vulvoplasty?

Anyone have any experience with this? Nelly has had a few UTIs (2.5 years old) but current infection has been hanging on for close to 10 weeks. Doctor is recommending a tuck to remove her downtown wrinkle.

I just sent you a PM.... My baby girl, Banks had a 'cooch reduction'. UTI was none existent after that procedure

Curious to know if you went through with this? My 6 year old bullie has had 3 back to back UTI's and the vet is recommending this. It's expensive ($2500) and I feel terrible putting her through it...
