Most definitely! I can't wait until we can get a larger place so he can have a little sibling! Rook's been trying to befriend our cat, but the cat is not having it!

He puts his front paws up on chairs and then walks forward until it get stuck/wedged on other furniture... in this case the desk and the bookshelf. Once it's secure he somehow manages to get his booty up there. Where there is a will there is a way, I guess!
