Reputation

I received a notification that I received a 'reputation' and with it was a note. I was trying to figure out how to know who sent it? In settings, in the second section, it tells me which thread and the note, but not who sent it. Any insight?

If I remember correctly, the only way to see who sent it is to be a 4 Paw Member.
