Puppy has arrived

Back of the truck? Ummm...no way. Hopefully this next trainer works out!

Good job on saying no! Gut is always our little voice inside.

Well trainer came by to pick her up. We had everything loaded in his truck then he was about to have me hand her over and we asked where she she was riding. He said in her crate in the back of the truck. We said no way and we didn’t have a good feeling about the whole situation.

We said we changed our mind.

Found another trainer that 2 people I know have used and we have delivery set up for this Sunday.

Hope this works. She is such a sweet dog.

Seriously?! In the back of an open truck, like a hunting dog?
So glad you changed your mind. I hope this works out and gets things right in your house.

Well, after breaking up another dog fight, going to emergency clinic as I got the worst of it, Bam Bam is at Boot camp.

They were not trying to bite me, I just got my arm in the wrong place.

This Sunday is 2 weeks....Hope this works as she is such a great dog.

Trainer does domestic dogs as well as police dogs & he let us know she definitely does not have any aggression, we are the problem.

Just figuring out my little toy Eskimo Male that passed was the alpha dog & kept everyone in line.

We miss her..

Whoa!! So glad you are ok!!

It is amazing how you don’t realize or see the leader that keeps the balance till they are gone. We had a similar realization after our girl passed...

Good luck with all the training... keep us posted

Interesting; thanks for sharing. Looking forward to hearing about the boot camp and what she/you learn. I suppose one thing is being there, another is coming back to life at home so hope they train you too so that you knwo how to deal with her! Good luck!

I was having a similar experience with Tawny as soon as she hit maturity she kind of targeted my older female lab (13). I found changing everything I do with her helped. She goes in crate when other dogs are eating, she goes in crate when I can’t be in the room to supervise her, she has to earn everything she gets including going outside. If she and Bella are in the same area and she is being good then they both get amazing treats just to let her know that when Bella is around good things happen. Unfortunately female to female aggression is way worse than male (in people also, we are bitches [emoji23]). I would also recommend the book RuffLove by Susan Garrett... she emphasizes following the program 100% but wasn’t practical for me but I certainly took bits and pieces and the difference in my house now is amazing. Good luck, I hope it works out for everyone!

Not yet, he said she is pretty stubborn.

Aiming for 5-1-19 but if she is ready then I think i will put it off until Saturday.

I would like a weekend so I am home & can continue the training.

He trained my friends police dog so I know he is legit.....

Aww she so gorgeous. Love her wrinkles and her colouring. I miss the puppy stage so much, enjoy it. It may be lots of work in the beginning, but the time and training you put in when they are young will be worth it. It lasts for such a short time so just enjoy every minute.

She he looks like an Oreo. Lol. I also like the names Fallon, Harlea, Jade, Bailey, Quinn, Willow, Zoey, Chloe, Diva, Lola, and Perunia.
