Potty Training!!

My Tess is still pooping and peeing in her crate. She is 5 month old. We let out to potty before we put her in at 8:30 and then I come home from lunch at 11:30 to let her out and either poop or pee or both then she gets let out again at 4:00. Usually at 4 she poop or pee to. My crate trained my Yorkie and don't remember it being this hard. Any suggestions???

I don't have much exp with that! I was always home until he was potty trained! :spoiled: It was easier with my Chanel(pitbull) as she was able to hold it longer than Brutus! I always went by 5 mnths can hold it about 5 hrs depending in water/food intake! How big is the crate? Are you feeding while gone?

The crate is small because I always heard if there to big they have to much room to mess in. I feed her in the morning at 5:30 and she doesn't get put in the crate until 8:20 school time and of course her next feeding is at 4:00 when we all get home from work and school. So she is only allowed water at 11:30 when I let them out at lunch.

That's a good schedule plenty of time for pottie before crate! She may be a stubborn one lol Brutus soiled the crate sometimes I think just to be spiteful! Lol still love em I tried to take all his blankets out and it worked but then I felt bad he had no blankies!

Anytime! That's the hardest part of having a puppy for me! The pottie training! But I LOVE every second of it lol Miss the puppy breath!
