Pink Spot No Puss or Broken Skin

Hi All,

Fergie has a pink spot on her back that is round and about the size of a racquet ball. There is no puss, it doesn't seem to irritate her and she's not losing hair but it doesn't look right. I'm not even sure if I would have noticed it if it wasn't below her white hair. I've checked her out all over and there are no other similar spots. So I have a couple of questions and would welcome any feedback.

1). Anyone have a similar experience w/ your bully?
2). Any recommendations off an over-the-counter cream that we could try?

Not sure what that could be. St first thought it might be a ringworm, but there is hair loss with that. Wonder if she could have been bitten by something?

Could be a bug bite or sting. I'd take her in to the vet just to be safe.

Picture? does it feel dry or any heat to the touch?

Can you draw a circle around it with a marker to see if it is bigger tomorrow or if it stays the same?
