Ovarian Cyst?

My female is three years old and has not been bred. At her last check up, her Vet asked if she has ever had a litter. I told him no, and then he frowned. He says her nipples are very large for a female that hasn't had a litter, so she may have ovarian cysts. I am looking for opinions on this observation. Thanks a bunch!

Did you plan on breeding her?

I would go ahead and get her spayed. Like yesterday.

I had thought about it, but if she is really having trouble, I want to do what's best for her. I will be talking with the vet again soon.

Did your vet do blood work, x-ray or ultra sound? I think I would want to make sure they are just cyst and not tumors.
