My bully's picture shows up only in profile??

I uploaded a picture of Petee but it's showing up in my profile setting only. What am I doing wrong?

Your loading the pic as a profile pic
If you go to settings..theres a menu down the left side, you need Avatar settings. Load the pic inthere and it'll come up next to your posts
