I hear what you guys are saying about others encouraging the jumping...they're all like OMG HE'S JUST A PUPPY HOW CUTE I LOVE IT WHEN HE JUMPS...I'm like nooooooooo
It is the people you have to train --- tell them not to acknowledge, look or touch the dog till you have him at a level you want him. petting / acknowledging tells the pup his behavior is acceptable. If I can teach my 2 and 4 yr old niece and nephew, you should be ble to handle the neighbors.
