Cubby looks like he could be a buddle of fun. Eleanor looks very quiet, you must of sorted her crazy problem out? :)

Cubby is an 18lb wild child! 😂😂😂
Ellie is a total gem except when I get home from work… nothing sorted it is just very specific time and person trigger.

Nothing has helped… last thing I’m gonna try, is not crating her, might baby gate the stairs and let her sleep on her pillows in basement ( it’s our TV room).

Cubby is filling out very nicely.

When I got Jake, he was 2.5y/o and I did crate him cause I wasn’t sure leaving him loose what he would do. After a month, I started by letting him out at bedtime cause I was there anyway. He actually never did anything. He slept on the big pillow. I don’t know if you recall him and Nyala butt heading and it would turned nasty. Man was that stressful lolll. Took a good 2 months of walking daily outside and training to eat together side by side. After that they were inseparable. So you might want to try a night out of the crate. You’ll be home anyway if something happens. Just a thought.

They are only in crate when we are at work. I’ve been doing 30-60 minutes test and she just sits staring at kitchen from living room, but still loses her mind when I get home 😞

So what's in the kitchen beside food, what does she do when the kitchen door is open? How old is Ellie?

Open concept set up.. she stares at kitchen because the door to garage is there which is how we come/go from house.

She turned 9 yesterday

Happy Birthday Ellie, Give her a treat from me:) I know we have gone over this before, but have you tried using another door, to go out or come in? I've said this before also, there is a reason for her behaviour, its working it out:) Was she ever kept outside before you gave her a home? Jeffo was locked in a garage for 6mths because they couldn't control him, that caused me a few problems early on, although nothing like you are experiencing.

From what we have been told, she was a companion dog to a homebound female owner. I think she only went outside to go potty and was on the couch or by her owner side throughout the day for eight years. I truly do believe she just was never left alone so when IFrom what we have been told, she was a companion dog to a homebound female owner. Yeah, that would make sense, probably never been caged also, and with her age you may not be able to change her behaviour.

She actually LOVES her crate… no issues going in or being in, she sometimes goes just to sit in it. After months of trying everything, I think it is what it is, just breaks my heart to see her so crazed.
