Lumino fluorescent collar

So for night waling I was searching for something more visible and I found this. Just wondering if anyone has experience with it?

Sorry I do not use a collar, harness only. The Julius k9 has the name glowing in the dark.

Around here, it just makes them a better target! And I'm not kidding!

no experience..... I tried one similar for the yard when the pups are out at night so I can see them , but it did not work too well
