Labor Day Boating with THE QUEEN OF THE RIVER

Had a blast this weekend on the Missouri river swimming- floating down stream - boating - sunning - picnic lunch - .Went to a huge sandbar ,we went there back in August for my birthday , Since we take April everywhere we go this makes her 2nd trip to the river

THIS TIME EVERYONE BROUGHT THEIR CANINE COMPANIONS YAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There was a rat terrier - dachshund - red heeler and a black lab

we had a wonderfull time

then went back to camp and had some BB-Q pork butt ----- Hope everyone enjoys the pics of the GREAT WEEKEND we had

Looks like a fun time was had. We're usually at the lake for Labor Day but not this year. Seemed odd but got lots of stuff done.

April does alright in her life jacket -we always wear it in the boat its about a thirty minute ride up to the big sandbar when we get there and she gets to :rundog:

running up and down the beach I"m afraid she'll overheat so we let her out of it - the water for the fist ten or twelve feet is only up to the bottom of her chest with no current .She does an awsome job of just laying in about two to three inches of water being a DIVA and going {who's gonna feed me ?} nom nom nom :ROFL:
