Is my bully baby really small?

Hi I am Phoebe's mom. She just turned 9 months old and is 14 inches tall and 32 lbs. Our trainer mentioned she is very small for her age. Thoughts?

She’s only 9 months old and very pretty. A dog grows throughout a good 2 yrs. Also, you’re better off with a smaller bulldog. Much healthier

Btw this is Jake, he’s also 14” ish n weighs 60lbs. If you look from the top view, he has a waistline. He’s not round like a barrel like most people thinks a bully has to be. You need to feel/see the last rib.

According to the Bulldog Club of America(they wrote the Bulldog standard for the AKC), a bitch should weigh about 40 lbs. Your girl being 32# at 9 months is a good weight. I would expect her to be 36-40 lbs when fully grown. Keep doing what you are doing.
