How do i get my EB outside willingly?

thanks for the advice... it's funny on how every EB reacts differently... when i put a leash on him he's like WTF??... yesterday he would behave and walk with us. this morning it's like i am not moving... and give me the WTF look...i think i have a wierd dog.. plus he loves to eat our mulsh as well as our lava rocks.. so i have to pry that out of his mouth.. and still try to make him understand to go potty...

so when you guys mean you take him out every 2-3 hours to potty.. you really mean 2-3 hours in a 24 hour span. cause that is what we try to do.
