Harley has Diarrhea

Hi everyone I am pretty new to this site but have spent hours reading your posts. Our 5month old EBD Harley was up all night with Diarrhea. She is drinking and so far this morning she is acting normal but im not sure of my next step. Do I start her on chicken and rice now and if so how long do I do it? Any advice would help im pretty scared!

Its very common for Puppies to get parasites/worms. You should probably get her stool checked out my by a vet. I use diatomaceous earth, vibactra plus (Natural Herbal Antibiotic that treats many things including coccida) , or pumpkin seeds to deworm my dogs.

I would take a stool sample to the vet to rule out any viruses… pups can get all sorts of stomach/intestinal viruses. You have to be careful that your baby doesn't get dehydrated...

bland diet is not a bad idea... but I agree, get a sample to the vet
