I also have a bulldog and. Frenchie... two males. They get along great are a good balance of energy and are very similar in health issues. The exception is as Citty mentioned , the spine issues(fused vertebrae/IVDD)

If you add a third I would get a male.

It's interesting, and sad, as to why French bulldogs are more prone to spine problems. It's for two different reasons- screw tail causing hemivertebrae problems, and a genetic dwarfism producing the short legs and the IVDD. The genetic dwarfism gene is also found in non screw tailed dogs like Dachshunds, Corgis and Basset Hounds making these breeds also prone to IVDD.
