New member and don't want to tread on your thread, but our dog Bella has similar issues with a raw and crusty cracks (sometimes bleed) in the fold pocket between the eyes and above the nose. They look painful. Having searched the threads in this forum, I'm at a loss on whether to apply anything as powder would seem to get into the raw areas and while we're wiping daily to keep clean and dry, they just look very crusty and cracked that I think some ointment might help. I don't believe it's a diet issue at this point. We had her near a pool last weekend and she got very wet with the chlorinated pool water which I'm sure collected in that area. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Regards.
