This is the miniature elecrtric football game from back in the day. This custom stadium was made by me at (MARTY T'S CUSTOMZ), it has a fully functional talking jumbotron. For those who are not familiar with this old school game from the 60's it has rotory motors undeaneath the playing surface which vibrates and make the men move across it.
