Ear Bacteria Help

Our 6yo male suffers from chronic bacteria in his right ear. We clean it out daily with qtips, have used zymox wipes, trizultra keto flush, etc. Vet will use mometamax which helps for about a month and then comes back. He eats farmer's dog pork recipe with a scoop of sauerkraut.

Any other suggestions? TIA!
